Police charged the remaining two persons who were sought for fraudulent use of a credit card in Kona.

On Tuesday, Luke Kaniaupio, 21, of Kailua-Kona was charged with burglary, criminal property damage, two counts of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, five counts of theft and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

His bail was set at $117,000. He also was charged with a no-bail charge of violating probation.

Leilani Parent, 26, of Kailua-Kona was charged with burglary, unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, ID theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, possessing unauthorized confidential personal information, attempted ID theft, forgery, attempted forgery, attempted theft and three counts of theft. Her bail was set at $147,000.

Both were being detained at the Kona police cellblock pending their initial court appearances set for Wednesday.

Kaniaupio and Parent were among the four people who were sought for using a credit card after it was stolen from a car July 23 on Kuakini Highway. They were arrested Sunday.

The other two, 22-year-old Colvin Gaspar of Kailua-Kona and 39-year-old Theodore “Kahui” Casuga of Kailua-Kona, were arrested last week.
